Updated for COVID-19

The Survivors is a first response to provide children with a resource during the global COVID-19 pandemic. It begins the process of helping children find comfort in the midst of the uncertainty and anxiety they are experiencing.

Based on Scriptures taken from the easy-to-read NIrV Bible, it assures children of God’s love and care for them. It provides practical tips and exercises to build emotional resilience and spiritual fortitude. This guide gives children the basic tools required not just to survive the pandemic, but ultimately – through faith in Jesus and trust in God – to become overcomers.

Survivors – A first in Ukrainian!

Partnering with Biblica ServeNow obtained 1200 Survivors booklets, in Ukrainian, for Summer camps in 2020. Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, two camps were able to go ahead, attended by 173 children. Each of these children got their own copy of the Survivors booklet.

"During our Bible study classes, we read [the Survivors Booklet] and discussed it together. Most of the kids were not Christians, and so the accessible text with simple illustrations helped us to have meaningful conversations, as we talked about their fears and as we prayed together."
