Refund & Delivery Policy

We want you to be really happy with your purchase. If not, we’ll try our best to sort it out for you. 

Damaged Items 

If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact our distributors on 0800 6529659. Please include details of your name, postcode, & order number and why you’re not satisfied with the item and they’ll aim to replace it as soon as possible, at no cost to you. 

Our Personal Guarantee 

If you are unhappy with the quality of the goods you have purchased and notify us within 14 days, you will be able to exchange it for another item of your choice to an equivalent value. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please note: We reserve the right to withhold this service from any customer that is suspected of abusing the guarantee. Our decision is final and no discussion will be entered into with any party. 

Refunds & Exchanges 

If you’re returning an item, you’ll receive a refund to your credit or debit card, minus any postage charges as shown on the site (except for the return of faulty items), unless you wish to exchange the items for other Products and thus save the postage. Returns can only be accepted back if they are received in their original condition and you must contact us prior to returning any items. We reserve the right to offer only a partial refund or exchange on items that are damaged or soiled. 

Payment Methods. 
We accept payments by credit and debit card. We accept Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro. If you are ordering from outside the UK (where this facility is available), place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction from Pounds Sterling to your local currency at the exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
